  Services are designed and delivered in an Independent Setting to improve the participant's ability to live independently and in the community. Services may include training in self-care, medication management, mobility, and social skills. #ILST

  Assistance with activities of daily living including, but not limited to, eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring. #PCA.

  Includes supervision and socialization services; assistance with/or supervision with meal preparation; assistance with laundry that is being performed by the individual and light housekeeping tasks that are incidental to the person's care. #ABICOMPANION

  Includes assisting with integration to the community through social activities, family gatherings and day to day activities. Assistance with activities of daily living including eating, bathing, and dressing. One of our goals is to engage the consumer in physical and mental activities such as reading, crafts, sport related activities and community sponsored activities.  #RA
